New prototype serves with health maintenance and coordinated care
Complete Care clinics serve an aging population (+55 years old) with health maintenance and care.
The 99th and Western site was selected based on the demographics of the area. The new program includes:
Patient Intake Area: Reception/Registration Desk, Patient/Visitor Waiting, Large Group Room, Patient Toilet Room (ADA)
Patient Care Space: “Bullpen” Care Team core area, 12 Exam Room / Consult rooms,
Lab with Draw Station, Patient Toilet Room (ADA)
Clinical Support Space: Clinic manager office, Staff Toilet Room, Medication Room, Clean Holding, Soiled Utility Room, Storage Cabinets, Break Room.
MEP: IT Room, Mechanical & Electrical Room, Environmental Services Closet. MEP systems were designed to allow for future expansion into adjacent tenant suites.
