Location Comment: The recent choice to manage diagnostic mammograms and screening mammograms in separate areas was brilliant and makes all the difference in specialized care. This was the first time I didn’t have to wait hours for a diagnostic while surrounded by women who were in and out after their screenings and I was able to remain calm and feel truly cared about for the first time in decades. Thank you for that most excellent change in your processes. Best move ever.
